Much like figuring out the difference between x and X, I sometimes had trouble deciding which items belonged in “What’s Changed?” versus “What’s New?” There’s a lot of overlap. My basic approach was to cover previously existing features that had gone through minor changes/expansion in this section.
Wholly new features, or those whose changes required more than a line or two, can be found in “What’s New?”
