The Label and Status drop-down menus are now located at the bottom of the Inspector, and are always visible no matter which pane you’re viewing in the Inspector.
As before, you can click one of the drop-down menus and choose Edit to make changes to the Label or Status settings, but the menu item has moved to Project>Project Settings (choose Label List or Status List).
